ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Julianna. I'm a former D1 athlete turned NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I've spent over 8 years in the fitness space as a group fitness instructor teaching various concepts with brands like F45 and Core Power Yoga, to small boutique studios. I transitioned into small group + personal training in 2020 and launched my strength based program, Daily Moves, in 2022. I’m passionate about helping people build strength and gain confidence - both Inside and outside of the gym.

Can the workouts be done from home or a gym?

Daily Moves is designed as a gym based program, but all workouts can be modified to be done from home. There is an “alternate exercise” feature within the app that provides at-home alternatives to machines.


How long do workouts typically take?

Workouts typically take between 45-60 minutes. There is also the option to complete the Express Version which is typically 30 minutes or less.


What equipment is needed?

  1. DUMBBELLS - a variety of weights (will depend on your fitness level, but at a minimum something light, moderate and heavy)
  2. RESISTANCE BANDS - you will see a number of cable machine exercises in the program. Bands are a great substitute for these exercises (specifically the long loop bands)
  3. BENCH, BOX OR STEP - you can get creative here if needed, but a stable/sturdy elevated surface


The program includes barbell, smith machine, cable machine, and leg press exercises - but the “alternate exercise” feature within the app provides at-home alternatives using the equipment listed above.


What do you do for cardio?

Outside of the workouts provided I recommend 2-3x 20-30 min cardio sessions per week. You can add this on after your workout or completee on a different day/time. This can be whatever you want and ideally something you ENJOY! I typically walk, run or stair master as my cardio. There are supplementatal cardio sessions provided in the app that you can add to your weekly workout plan.
